The Administrative department for legal and common affairs also carries out entrusted tasks of the state administration which are recently assigned to the Zadar County by extraordinary laws and which relate to the resolution of appeals against the decision made by the competent election committee following a complaint due to irregularities in the candidacy procedure and the election of council members of local committees; the allocation of numerical designation of legal entities with public powers whose founder is a unit of local or regional (regional) self-government with headquarters on the territory of the Zadar County and their entry in the list of numerical descriptions of public law bodies maintained by the state administration body responsible for general administration affairs in electronic form; keeping records of political parties and independent councillors involved in the representative bodies of self-government units and keeping records of collective agreements and changes (amendments, cancellation or updates) of collective agreements.
