Šime Vicković was born in Zadar on September 20, 1985. He finished primary school in Škabrnja and secondary technical school in Zadar. In 2009, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Split, he acquired the bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Prior to his election as Deputy Prefect of Zadar County, he held the position of Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Zemunik Donji for two terms. He lives in Zemunik Gornji.
